A new tweet by Blizzard today has fans ecstatic with speculation it means that Diablo, likely Diablo 3, is on the way for the Nintendo Switch. We’ve heard nothing even rumored up to this point, but it certainly seems like it would be a good fit for the hardware. Here is the tweet:

Our Take
As seemingly all developers are rushing to push their existing software onto the Switch, this doesn’t come as a huge surprise. That said, it’s certainly a positive surprise as Diablo 3 has grown into one of the greatest ARPGs ever developed and we’d love to see it on the Switch (so we could play through it for the 23rd time)! We’ll update you as we learn more.
