A nice surprise for Nintendo fans this morning as we now know Nintendo is releasing an SNES-themed 3DS XL on November 27th for $199.99. It will include a copy of Super Mario Kart and given the speed at which these collectible Nintendo products have sold out recently, we would suggest pre-ordering should you want one!
Our Take
Nintendo is certainly going after the nostalgia market lately with their constant stream of products referencing the NES and SNES. Of course, being classic gamers, we love it though we still have concerns with Nintendo selling the 3DS at $200 still. We’ll see how this one sells but we hope they make enough of them to satisfy demand.
