Given the anticipation for Starfield and its prior delay, it’s no surprise that fans are anxious to find out when it will actually be releasing. During Xbox’s 2022 Summer Showcase, Xbox leadership confirmed that all games shown, including Starfield, were to be released by June of 2023. Thankfully for fans, it seems Bethesda has reaffirmed the time frame.
To kick off 2023, Bethesda has updated the support page for Starfield which states explicitly “Starfield arrives exclusively on Xbox Series X|S and PC in the first half of 2023.” While obviously quite simple, until a hard release date is stated, this update at least serves as a reaffirmation that we will see Todd Howard and team’s latest sooner rather than later.
