It seems yet another major title is being leaked, this time for Xbox. According to Jeff Grubb at Gamesbeat, and further corroborated by our friend at Windows Central, Jez Corden, Xbox is developing a Monster Style title.
According to the reports, Xbox is collaborating with Certain Affinity who is handling core development. Based on the report from Windows Central, the game is known internally as “Project Suerte” and is described as a “Monster Hunter” inspired game, implying big monster battles with multiplayer gameplay. The game has reportedly been in development since 2020 and could release in 2023 or 2024.
Certain Affinity is a long-time partner of Xbox having been founded by ex-Bungie developers and worked on multiple iterations of Halo through the years. There are no further details at this time, but we will share them when we have them!
