Early this morning, Sega announced a new partnership with Microsoft. This alliance specifically calls out Sega working with Microsoft on future game development built-upon Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform.
While the formal press release doesn’t name any specific IPs nor any direct collaboration with Xbox, obviously there are potential implications. What those are remains to be seen and we’ll be playing close attention to the relationship going forward. For now, you can find the press release below!
