It feels like every week we have to write something new about Xbox Game Pass. And well, this week will be no different. After a tremendous week already with the launch of Outriders into the service and smaller titles such as Narita Boy, the Xbox team announced this morning that the upcoming MLB The Show 21 will launch into the service as well.
On April 20th, MLB The Show 21 will launch into Xbox Game Pass. It will include the standard version for the Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles meaning it does include the “next-gen” upgrade as well so you will get the best version for your platform.
Our Take
What’s left to say at this point? The best value in gaming continues to get better. And yes, that does mean that a game developed by PlayStation Studios, and priced at $60/$70 on the PS4/PS5 respectively, is launching at the same time on Xbox in Game Pass. What a time to be alive.
