Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered, the “Legendary Edition”, to be Unveiled Tomorrow on N7 Day

UPDATE : As we noted yesterday, the announcement of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition is now official. You can find the full site here, along with a teaser below. The trilogy will release in Spring of 2021 and include updated textures, models, enhancements, and be optimized for 4K. It will also be optimized for the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles.

Perhaps more exciting however, is the news that a new Mass Effect is in development and includes members of the original ME teams.

Meanwhile here at BioWare, a veteran team has been hard at work envisioning the next chapter of the Mass Effect universe. We are in early stages on the project and can’t say any more just yet, but we’re looking forward to sharing our vision for where we’ll be going next.
