It looks like Project Maverick may be officially called Star Wars Squadrons as it has leaked via the Xbox store.
What we know so far is this:
- The title is being developed by Motive; the developer of the campaign in Battlefront 2.
- It will contain a single player campaign but will be on the shorter side.
- The focus is multiplayer space battles.

Our Take
With Rogue Squadron being a beloved title in the Star Wars universe, it’s no surprise that Disney and EA are going back to that style of title. We’re anxious to see what this holds!
