Minecraft Dungeons was originally scheduled to release in late April. But with the Coronavirus disrupting work for millions across the globe, the development team under Xbox Game Studios had previously said they would “do their best” to continue to hit that target.
Well the game has been delayed but the good news is, it’s only by a month. Today, Mojang confirmed that the title would release for the Xbox One, Switch, PS4, and PC on May 26th! And yes, the game will launch into Game Pass for Xbox and PC users.
Gather your friends and gear up for adventure: Minecraft Dungeons is coming out May 26th on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows, Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass! Pre-order your copy now:

Our Take
Our early impressions of Minecraft Dungeons are very positive and we can’t wait to see the community jump into a new Minecraft universe with friends. We were surprised to see how deep the ARPG elements were. For Xbox and PC users there’s no reason not to jump in with the game being on Game Pass at launch!
