Sony’s new showcase to share news on the PS4 and PS VR is titled “State of Play” and the first episode will debut this Monday, March 25th, at 2pm PST / 5pm EST. According to Sony it will be played via their Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook accounts.
Our Take
It will be interesting to see Sony’s approach to this communication method. While both Nintendo and Microsoft do shows every so often in Directs and Inside Xbox respectively, their approaches are vastly different. Will it be live with guests and developers? Or will it merely be a pre-recorded video with info and trailers? Either way, we’re excited to see what Sony has been cooking up.
