Spencer will share his thoughts on how a large company like Microsoft continues to learn and evolve. He’ll explore the importance of a purposeful company culture and how it defines not only the work environment but also how it informs strategy and impacts business growth.
You can find details on the summit and the other speakers via the main D.I.C.E. site here: D.I.C.E. Summit 2018
Spencer is one of our favorite people in the industry as he always demonstrates such a passion not just for Microsoft and the Xbox, but the industry as a whole. D.I.C.E. is always an interesting Summit and if you’ve never listened to the speakers before, we highly recommend doing so as it provides viewpoints on gaming that are often not discussed among the mainstream media.
