The latest UI update for the Xbox One is rolling out today to all users after being live for Insiders for the past few months. It contains a large number of updates, changes, and improvements.

Our Take
We’ve been using the latest UI update for a couple months now and while we didn’t immediately love it, we have since warmed up to it. There are a few basic functions that require more clicks which we don’t enjoy, but there are also a number of improvements. Additionally, the update prepares the ecosystem for the Xbox One X with a number of options meant for it exclusively. We recommend taking time to learn the new features and shortcuts that are available as it will help you in the end!
