Well there you go! Just a week and a half after E3, Nintendo has confirmed a SNES Classic is on the way. Similar to the NES Classic, it will be a mini-sized version of the original console and this time come with 2 replica controllers. It will be released on August 29th for $79.99 and include 21 games including Star Fox 2!

Our Take
We assumed this was on its way and now we have final confirmation. And frankly, the game lineup is spectacular with some truly notable classics on the list. While we would of loved to have seen a few more of the classic SNES RPGs, we still applaud the overall list. Now, we just hope Nintendo makes enough to satisfy demand this time.
