Gun Media and IllFonic, developers of the much anticipated Friday the 13th The Game, announced today the title would be arriving on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on May 26th for $39.99.
Our Take
These types have a ton of potential but it always ends up coming down to the level of polish they arrive with. Assuming the multiplayer functions well and there is balance to the Jason / Camp Counselor fight, then Friday the 13th could be one hell of a good time. We certainly appreciate the attention to detail in focusing on the original movie(s).
