In what seems like almost baffling news, the team at Bethesda announced this morning that Redfall will only support 30fps options at launch on Xbox consoles. Specifically, the Xbox Series X will run at 4K/30 and the Series S at 1440p/30fps.
Redfall is launching on Xbox consoles with Quality mode only:
Xbox Series X: 4K 30 FPS
Xbox Series S: 1440p 30 FPS

As you can read from the official Redfall Twitter account, a 60fps option will be added post-launch via an update. Regardless, fans have already taken to social media to voice their displeasure with the news.
