PlayStation’s PS VR2 to Launch with Over 30 Games

Another few announcements shared at yesterday’s CES by PlayStation were centered around PS VR2. With the new unit’s launch just over a month away on February 22nd, Jim Ryan detailed some of the plans for its launch window.

Most notable is that there are over 30 games coming to PS VR2 in its launch window (though that timeframe wasn’t specified). No Man’s Sky, Resident Evil Village, and Horizon Call of the Mountain were all highlighted. Two additional game announcements were made as well.

  • Gran Turismo 7 is getting a free update which adds PS VR2 capability.
  • Beat Saber is currently in development for the platform with upgraded features.

We’ll have a lot more on PS VR2 in the coming months including a full review of the hardware and Horizon Call of the Mountain at release!
