Dragon Quest 12 : The Flames of Fate has been announced and there are some details to potentially excite fans. Here’s everything we know to date.
Titled The Flames of Fate, the new game will be more “adult” and will again be directed by Takeshi Uchikawa who directed DQ11.
- It will be developed on Unreal Engine 5
- The story is finished but game development will still take quite a long time
- It will feature a new combat system
- It will release on platforms simultaneously worldwide
Platform specifics weren’t shared at this time as it’s likely too early. But as Square-Enix continues to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Dragon Quest, we’ll update this if more details become available.
