While previously announced for the Nintendo Switch only, it was announced today that the highly anticipated Axiom Verge 2 will also be coming to PC via the Epic Games Store.
The news came courtesy of the Epic Games Store Spring Showcase held earlier this afternoon. There’s currently no set release date, but the title is expected to land on both the Switch and PC this year. If you didn’t catch the EGS Showcase live, you can find the full show below!
Our Take
Axiom Verge was a surprise hit and has thus made the sequel very hotly anticipated. This is great news that players on PC will get to experience the title alongside Switch players later this year. We no doubt expect Xbox and PlayStation ports to follow suit.
