Some wondered if the day would ever come that EA Sports College Football would return. Well, prepare to be excited. This morning, EA teased their college football series would be returning.

According to the press release, the game is licensed through the CLC and will feature more than 100 schools with their logos, stadiums, uniforms, etc.. However, it will not feature the players names or likenesses. Though EA said they are continuing to work in that regard.

Well this is yet another surprise this morning and certainly a welcome one. We know millions of fans will simply be excited at the prospect of college football returning so we’ll keep you posted!
