We’ve talked extensively about Cyberpunk 2077 and the issues it has faced since its release. Continuing with their attempt to be transparent with fans, yesterday CD Projekt Red Co-Founder Marcin Iwinski provided a lengthy message attempting to explain where they went wrong and what they are doing to correct.
Additionally, a roadmap for 2021 was provided which includes further updates, free DLC, and the next-gen upgrade for the Xbox Series consoles and PS5.
Our Take
We’re not going to rehash everything we’ve discussed on Cyberpunk 2077 (you can find our review here), but at the very least it’s good to see the plan from CDPR to improve the game and offer more to fans through 2021. We hope they continue to stay focused on reconciling with fans.
