A fresh report out of Eurogamer this morning follows some threads online that point to Rocksteady’s long-awaited game truly being a Suicide Squad title.
Based on some recent domain registrations, it looks as though the game could be titled “Suicide Squad : Kill the Justice League”.
Two other domains were referenced: “SuicideSquadGame.com” and “GothamKnightsGame.com”.
Gotham Knights reportedly represents the heavily teased new Batman game from WB Montreal (which coincidentally we discussed on Bitcast yesterday).
Reportedly, both titles are being developed solely for next-gen consoles in the PS5 and Xbox Series X.
Our Take
Fans have been waiting for the next Batman game and Rocksteady’s next game for a very long time now. Given all of the recent rumors, teases, and leaks, it seems to make sense that we’ll see these games at DC’s FanDome in August. We can’t wait!
