For many, Kingdoms of Amalur was an overlooked but excellent title from last generation. Developed by the now defunct 38 Studios, it featured a number of big names included in parts of the development and was published by Electronic Arts. Over the past several years, it has been top of the list for many in games they’d like to see return. Well it seems their day of reckoning is coming.
Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning was leaked via the Microsoft Store yesterday evening. According to the listing, THQ Nordic is publishing and the title will release on August 18th.

Our Take
While not one of our favorite AAA titles, KoA is a title we enjoyed along with many others and we’re interested to see what THQ Nordic has done to “remaster” the game. We’re looking forward to seeing more soon!
