Geoff Keighley announced Summer Game Fest this morning which is described as “A 4-month long, industry-wide celebration of gaming. All the news you’ve been waiting for, playable content, in-game events, and more from the video game industry.“

Our Take
With all of the major shows like E3 and Gamescom being unable to go-on due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s nice to see other companies stepping up to still celebrate gaming through other means. We’re excited to hear more about what will be shown here and fully expect Xbox and PlayStation to use this as yet another avenue to market the Series X and PlayStation 5!
