No Man’s Sky heavily anticipated 7th free update is right around the corner releasing on August 14th. This appears to be the update that gamers were expecting around the original launch of this game with even more emphasis with multiplayer. Despite heavy criticism after launching in a very basic form, Hello Games has done a great job updating their game throughout the past couple of years.
Sean Murray has tweeted out a few big updates on what else is coming with the BEYOND update and also went as far to mention it’s their biggest update to come out.
This is No Man's Sky Beyond
Virtual Reality, Massively Online and much more on Xbox, PC, PS4, PSVR and Steam VR
This is our biggest update so far 😅😅😅

Multiplayer is something we introduced in NEXT, and we know that people who play together play for nearly twice as long on average – we are excited to expand this for Beyond. It's going to be a radical change for our game, we've got a short vid that will give you a *small* taste.

Our Take:
Hello Games has been one of the best success stories in game this generation after failing poorly at launch. This appears to be a great update and even better that it’s free.
