Similar to last year, it seems that Nintendo will be holding an E3 based Nintendo Direct. This year, it will begin on June 8th with World Championships for Splatoon 2 and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.
A full Nintendo Direct presentation and Treehouse Live will then follow on June 11th, the first formal day of E3.
Our Take
We expected something of this nature out of Nintendo for E3 so it’s great to see they will be following through and are adding some competitive play to their plans. We’ll be there and covering it so stay tuned!
