Setting the stage for Anthem’s early release tomorrow, Bioware released the live-action short “Conviction” this morning. Directed by Neill Blomkamp, it gives us a glimpse of the world of Anthem decades before the setting of the game.
Our Take
This was very cool idea to give depth to Anthem prior to release. With any new IP, particularly a shared world shooter, it’s tough for developers to translate the lore easily to fans. This kickstarted it and we enjoyed it. Stay tuned for loads more Anthem coverage in the coming weeks!
