The 4th PUBG map, Vikendi, has been on the test servers for a few weeks now and players are anxious for it to arrive in the core game. Additionally, one of the most requested features by Xbox One and PS4 players, are graphical settings options that enable the ability to tone down resolution and texture detail to increase framerate.
Fortunately, it seems as though the wait is nearly over. One of the PUBG Community Coordinators, Andy Hall, confirmed on Reddit the expansion is coming this month along with a host of other updates:

As we’ve noted prior, we think Vikendi may be the best PUBG map yet and the rest of the changes in this update are highly anticipated as well. It will likely be one of the largest updates to date and will be very welcome by players we’re sure. We’re certainly excited about it!
