PlayStation Now hasn’t been overly popular with us here at SG due to the inconsistent streaming nature of the platform. However, a new update today will begin to allow PS Now Subscribers to download some titles directly to your console as if you had bought the title digitally (similar to Xbox Game Pass).

Our Take
This is an excellent update to PS Now and we hope Sony continues to develop the program to add more titles in the future. If we were able to download and play a larger library of classic PS1 and PS2 titles, PS Now could turn into tremendous value.
