Rare’s next expansion for Sea of Thieves, titled Cursed Sails, launches on July 31st. It will introduce new skeleton AI enemy ships, a new 3 player ship titled the Brigantine, player alliances, and more. You can find the new teaser trailer below!
Our Take
The community seemed to be rather split on Sea of Thieves at launch with some players enjoying it endlessly and others lamenting the lack of content and repetitive gameplay. Regardless of which side you fall on, there’s no doubting Rare’s commitment to the title which has rapidly evolved in just a few months time. We’ve been enjoying it more and more lately and it’s only going to continue to improve through 2018 and into 2019.
