The anxiously awaited Spiderman title for the PS4 from Insomniac Games will release on September 7th. Game Informer, who is highlighting the title this month, confirmed the news today for Insomniac.

The official release date has been teased for some time but now we know it will be coming a week prior to Shadow of the Tomb Raider and just before all of the AAA, third party releases this Fall. We’ll be covering Spiderman more in the coming months including gameplay footage from E3 in June!
