THQ Nordic has announced that Titan Quest, the ARPG that was originally released over 11 years ago now, will be arriving on consoles in 2018.
Arriving on March 20th for the Xbox One and PS4, the title will feature 2-6 player co-operative play and include a remastered version of the game and its Immortal Throne expansion (but sadly not the Ragnorak expansion). It will be available in either a standard or collectors edition which you can see below. A Switch version is apparently in the works as well, but no release date was given.
Our Take
This is certainly an unexpected announcement though it’s great to see another ARPG on consoles. It’s a shame that THQ will not be including the Ragnorak expansion though with it having only released earlier this year, there’s hope that it eventually releases on console as well. We’re not sure who’s excited for this but if you are, let us know!
