Bethesda announced today that the anticipated new survival mode for Skyrim had released for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. It will be free only for a week (through October 10th). Our Take
The continued support of Skyrim from Bethesda is admirable though we believe the Survival mode should have been a free addition for everyone forever given the sales and continued porting of the title. That said, Skyrim is still a popular game among fans and this will bring a new challenge to those who felt they had previously mastered the title.
