The 343 Industries careers page has been continually updated with a substantial number of new, and seemingly critical, roles within the company over the past few months. Our Take
While Halo 5 has seen prolonged success and has been supported extremely well by 343i over nearly two years, word on future titles in the mainline Halo series has been nearly non-existent. While we assume we’ll see Halo 6 next Fall, we have no confirmation that is the case. This job listing comes at an interesting time however. With the Xbox One X launching in November and Minecraft and Halo already confirmed for Mixed Reality headsets in the future, we now have to imagine there are bigger plans within 343i for the future of the franchise. No matter what, as big fans of Halo around SG (Porshapwr has been known to enjoy a little Halo from time to time), we’re excited.
