We reported previously on Survival, the upcoming 2nd expansion for The Division. Now we have some concrete timelines on when you’ll get your hands on it. Speaking via live stream yesterday, Massive announced the following:
Update 1.5 and the Survival expansion will release on PC and Xbox One on November 22. While the PS4 will receive update 1.5 a few days later, the DLC will not release on PS4 until 30 days later in December (due to the exclusivity deal with Microsoft).
Our Take
Update 1.4 has been a huge hit with Division fans and it will be interesting to see if Massive can keep the momentum going with Survival and 1.5. We’re looking forward to the new co-op experience and new gear!
