Nintendo announced today that they will reveal all of the details of their new Switch console during a live stream event on January 12th. While the time has not been set yet, pricing, release date, launch lineup, and other topics will be discussed.
Our Take
As we noted during the unveil, the Switch is an intriguing concept for Nintendo’s new console and given the Wii U’s meager sales compared to the Wii, Nintendo is certainly anticipating the Switch reversing fortunes for it. Only time will tell, but we are anxious to see what it has to offer in full.
