Due to the Bethesda acquisition, we’re bound to see a wealth of news relating to their titles and the upcoming Xbox Series X and S. Last week, Doom Eternal joined Xbox Game Pass and now it seems as though some prior game collections will be receiving updated releases for the Xbox Series Consoles.
Two collections show as upcoming releases for Xbox Series consoles only according to their Walmart listings. At this time, we’re unsure if these are new optimizations for the Xbox Series consoles or simply new releases.
- The Wolfenstein Alt History Collection
- For the Xbox One, PS4, and PC, this includes Wolfenstein, Wolfenstein Old Blood, Wolfenstein 2, and Wolfenstein Young Blood.
- Dishonored and Prey : The Arkane Collection
- For the same platforms, this includes Dishonored, Dishonored 2, Dishonored Death of the Outsider, and Prey.
Our Take
These are incredible collections of games and we would love to see them updated for the next-generation consoles particularly if they will include new enhancements. Let’s cross our fingers.
