As the industry scrambles to try and fill the void left by major gaming shows such as E3, Gamescom, and TGS, IGN is one of the major outlets working with developers and publishers to do so.
Today, IGN unveiled the “Summer of Gaming” full schedule and it includes a host of events that will begin in just a couple of weeks. Let’s dive in.
First, the “IGN Expo” will run on June 5th, 8th, and 9th. According to IGN, it will include “our own showcase for exclusive announcements and reveals from developers across the industry”.

Let us be honest. We miss E3. Despite recognizing the need for the show to evolve, E3 week holds a special place in all of our hearts as it was a centralized location for new announcements that was celebrated annually.
