Final Fantasy is one of the most well-known IPs in all of gaming and it’s always an event when the next mainline title is preparing to release. That, of course, is no different for Final Fantasy XVI. While we’ve seen quite a bit of the game since its debut in 2020, PlayStation held a special State of Play yesterday to demonstrate more details leading up to its release on June 22nd for the PS5.
The game follows Clive Rosfield, the protagonist, as he harnesses the powers of various Eikons to overcome his tragic destiny. In this demonstration hosted by Yoshi-P, you’ll get a closer look at the characters, combat, and incredible Eikon battles.
