Mark this down as unexpected. Kratos, yes that Kratos, will be joining Fortnite. Originally noticed as a leak, it has now been confirmed by PlayStation directly.

Our Take
Between the Mandalorian and now Kratos, Fortnite is on a roll. While some may overlook Fortnite at this point in time, it continues to be one of the most played games in the world and with appearances like these, it will continue to be for some time we imagine. Who’s next!?
