While it was announced previously that EA Play would be joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, it wasn’t specified when.
As we all likely should have guessed, the official date is now November 10th for game pass on console; the launch date of the Series X and S. For PC EA Play will be added in December. Xbox announced the news this morning with players now having even more games to play as part of their subscription at the new console(s) launch.

Come November, gamers are going to have so many options it’s almost difficult to fathom. We expect to see usage of the word “backlog” increase substantially.
