Nintendo is adding cosmetic DLC to be used in Luigi’s Mansion 3’s multiplayer modes Scarescraper and Screampark. While the content will not be available until April (with pack 2 to follow in July), it is available for purchase now for $9.99. Here are the details:
- Three new minigames for multiplayer ScreamPark mode
- Six new Themed Ghosts
- Three new outfits for Luigi
- Three new floor themes in co-op ScareScraper mode
Our Take
Luigi’s Mansion 3 has been a tremendous hit for Nintendo and continues to sell very well. While we thoroughly enjoyed the game (our review), these simple cosmetics seem to be a stretch for $9.99. But then, it’s not uncommon to find similar across many games in the industry nowadays.
