The open beta for NHL 19 is here! You can currently download the beta on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (approximately 20gb in size) and play it through August 2nd. It includes a look at the new “CHEL” hub which includes EASHL, Threes, and the new Free for All outdoor mode (1v1v1).

Porshapwr is very excited for NHL 19 so you’ll likely see him chatting it up on social media and you’ll also be able to read his full impressions next week! For now, NHL 19 is shaping up to be the most significant improvement for the franchise since this generation started. Despite being smaller in viewers and sales than the big hitters like Fifa and Madden, it provides a ton of fast paced thrills which are unique even if you don’t care for the sport.
